Do you have to chase down your employees to approve their time card so you can submit payroll and it gives you rage every two weeks? I have streamlined the process by making this lovely meme that I use when people have not approved their time. I feel like it perfectly captures our rage and annoyance from having to chase people down ti approve their time! feel free to use as well in your conquest

Patty Peterson Used to have to chase them down. Then I asked them to check their time on Thursday to see if they needed any adjustments. Still didn’t listen, so it took one time of them getting docked for the hours after lunch because they didn’t punch out. Missing those hours until the next pay period 2 weeks later made them listen to me and now their weekly time looks so much better.

Becky Dotson Yes. That worked once until I was blamed for not managing the payroll properly . So I still chase them down. Luckily I can fix it and submit it anyway on if they don't don't push it through
