Does anybody have a section of a lease or a lease addendum that restricts or prohibits operating a business from a residential rental? Also looking for input on what can / should be prohibited versus what likely cannot/should not. For example, I think that businesses that have a lot of visitors or might have situations that disturb the neighbors should be prohibited, but those that don't, like maybe a consulting business, would not need to be...Does anybody have a section of a lease or a lease addendum that restricts or prohibits operating a business from a residential rental? This is in a garden style apartment community. I do feel that certain businesses like hair styling or esthetician or daycare should absolutely not be allowed, but open to input. Show more
