Please help I have over 1500 units in the same town and I'm trying to see if there's an alternative to my maintenance technicians having master keys my bosses want to get rid of them I can't think of any solutions to get rid of them my maintenance texts are heavily vetted and we have high turnover rates and tons of work orders any advice or help would be good because ultimately if my bosses tell me get rid of the master keys for my maintenance... Switch to digital locks. It’s a great modern marketing feature and lots of features for tracking entry. Cuts way down on cost of key blanks and replacements.
