Staci Merillo Bogus letter! I’d deny the request. Job relocation is not a reason to break your lease without penalty. Your poor planning is not an emergency.
FYI- We only permit this if there is a disability that can be proven via a reasonable accommodation request that is verified by a knowledgeable professional like the resident can no longer live alone or is permanently hospitalized.
