Dave HollandTime! I’m a new father, I want to spend every second with my son, enjoy the weekends and have quality time with him.
As we all know Ops don’t stop! When I have to stay late, or respond to an after hours issue, it’s really hard on my family.

Guest InsiderSwitching operating systems. And getting acclimated with a new management company and their process.
Guest InsiderLeast favorite part if my job but trying to navigate the court system in Seattle to get residents who have not paid rent in 6 plus months out. Court dates are pushed out to December.
Guest InsiderAll of my acs being 20+ years old and going out at the same exact time across the property.

Making payment plans with vendors, taking from one unit to fix another, etc. It proved very difficult and certainly extended the amount of time needed to “fix” the property in comparison to other properties I’ve fixed, but we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now.
Carletta Richardson-CheeseboroResident comments!!! Cleaning up a property after the previous manager is always tough! Past due invoices, revamping staff, disgruntled residents etc …….sigh ????
Guest InsiderOccupancy in this economy. We are holding pretty good but there’s always push back at renewal time.
