Guest Insider Snappt, saves me all the headaches of having to analyze these dumb things, making sure my team doesn’t let any bad ones slip through, having the conversation with the applicant that their docs have been falsified/altered and can’t be accepted. Upload to Snappt, they do their thing (checking the meta-data of the pdf, ie where it originated from) and reject these outright!! So much less hassle!

The lady was applying to rent my house with her sister who also "Works" at the same place last Friday I asked for her sisters pay stubs she said "well I thought since I make enough money you wouldn't need mine" I said "it's best to show as much income as possible" she said "ok, I'll have them for you Monday" one week later still nothing... I guess she didn't want to pay for more fake paystubs. Lol

Guest Insider I always loved catching the math being wrong. Telling them im sorry but your pay statements were not approved, they are asking for bank statements that show the deposits of these pay statements. If they got defensive....I would always comment back, if you want to go over the details we can at the end of the day there are several inaccuracies on your pay statements and they will not be considered no matter how much we disagree with each other. Do you want to go over them in detail? Answer always no.
