On today's episode of I am a house for rent...

We have a 42 yo lady applying to rent with her Daughter in law... Her two under ages sons and grandson will also be living in the house but NOT the 20ish yo father of the grandson... BS but whatever... I ask for a tenant ledger from the complex shes at and she sends me the General Ledger below lol. When I open the pdf it is fillable... lol. After search for the real managers number the lady says...

After search for the real managers number the lady says were in the process of evicting her, any money she has for a new place is because she hasn't paid here, when I ask did you send a tenant ledger this morning she says no I said I have to send you a pic of this one you'll get a laught...  Just another day...

I had a lady say she lived in a house for 7 years…she had applied on line for an apartment ..everything in order waiting for credit report and background..call rental all true..asked the prospect for id..it was a temp id with a different address..she owed another complex over 4.000 eviction has started..looked her up online..she had been evicted 3 times..married to two different men at the same time....in divorce proceeding on one man.. but those were put hold because husband signatures didn’t match on any docs…gut instinct paid off…she was DENIED!!! ????‍♀️

Guest Insider I wouldn't. Even if you collected first AND last month's rent, I doubt they would leave the place how they received it. The turn alone will cost you all monies received. Search police reports and registered offenders at their previous address for fun.
