Please tell me I'm not the only that gets these people that Deamnd their Non-Refundable Application fee back after you have processes their application and you find: They don't make 2x the rent, they are paying the where they are at 20 days late, and are only paying a portion of the rent... You gotta love these people.

Wow me personally I have waived fees when I believe they going to be denied . We also have them sign that they understand application is non refundable
