Megan Goodmundson People dont enjoy living like this. People have conditions that could be any combination of physical mental and emotional. Some are temporary some are permanent. Also, to be honest some people were brought up in such a way they may never know better. Just chiming in to add i *know* this is frustrating and even maddening for property management staff to deal with. It makes our jobs much harder. I get that.

David Troup Been through lots of trash outs that look like that or worse. I have and will never understand how people can live like that.
I have always wished that I could make a visit to the prospective resident's current home a part of the application process. Obviously anyone whose current apartment looked anything like that is going to be denied. I suppose it wouldn’t be legal and maybe not practical, but it sure would save us from some situations like this!
