Settling a debate … what DATE goes in the bottom paragraph?
When giving a three day notice to vacate for non-payment of rent in Texas - Late notice date is listed on the document as 8/4/24 - so what date goes in the spot that says they need to vacate on or before midnight on the ****** day of August 2024?

Day one typically starts the day following the date of service. Served on the 4h, day 1 would be 5th and so forth.

Texas PM here! 🙋🏻♀️ 7th is the date you should write on there if it is being given on the 4th. Then you can file on the 8th.
