If Saturday is a high traffic day and occupancy struggles then you would want to be open on Saturdays, etc. You could also look into setting up and offering self guided tours on days the office is closed as that could be a game changer as well.

Kathi MarieMonday through Friday. Occasionally, if I have to do a showing on a weekend, I will allow either a Saturday or Sunday always before noon so I can have most of my weekend. I try never to work on weekends, but since we are a small family company, we are always keeping an eye on work orders, and or emergencies

We have 10 different languages, so it is challenging. Google translate is how I communicate. Owner gave us a percentage of property to keep us.
