Oh!! Get a little box and cut out some red/pink hearts and leave some pins. Put out a sign that encourages residents to leave a thank you note to an employee that's been helpful!

Cooking breakfast! They are enticed with food and not with sweets. I will also do a lunch with some homemade Brats my hubby made out of venison. They are very very venison motivated too. They love the 'homemade' aspect of food - I guess I am a good cook.
