Chris Finetto Well, that’s unless it is in the lease that resident will cover drain clearing and cleaning costs for grease and other materials that aren’t suitable.
Me - “Oh, I’m sorry to hear your drain is clogged” “I’ll have the plumber over right away” “However, I must remind you that if the plumber finds excessive grease, baby wipes, or other items we discussed that aren’t to be sent down the drain — you’ll be paying the bill…”
