Guest InsiderEric Rivera I got a phone call from my district manager to call a plumber for a property I no longer run on Mother’s Day and after she interrupted my Mother’s Day she then told me three hours later, “Oh they don’t need to go today. It’s been broke for two weeks now.” Why the hell couldn’t she just call me on Monday? I would’ve taken care of it either way nobody was going to fix it on Mother’s Day anyway lol.
Sherrie KasprowiczOmg! All the time! And let's not get started on the ones who run their A/C when it's under 65 degrees outside then get mad cause they burned up the compressor.
Guest InsiderSherrie Kasprowicz We keep a running list of disconnects we've shut off for this. Come warm weather, we wait for the call.
Guest InsiderThey’ll fix it today, right?!?! That’s entirely dependent on what’s wrong with it…They can’t run to Home Depot and get what they need???Noooo……..
Guest InsiderTenant- called office at 4:55 pm Friday- I came home 15 mins ago and turned on my AC, it's not cooling my apartment and it's 73 wtfPM replys- I'm sorry but maintenance staff have left for the day, and if you look at your lease agreement AC not working is not a maintenance emergency. Hope you have a nice weekend
Guest InsiderNot going to lie, but this is me. Currently 5 months pregnant and complaining to my husband it's too hot in our house
