Billie PiperURRRRR the quality of work from contractors in our industry has gone to Hxxx
Guest InsiderBillie Lynn Piper this is driven by property management constantly “wanting cheaper” and sacrificing quality for $. Decisions are being made by property managers who only have their bonus for the year in mind, quite often. I have spent 15 years on the management side and 7 years on the vendor side. We get what we pay for. Just yesterday I was told that in 2022 a 2 bedroom unit at an a property gets two tone paint for $450.00. When there is no profit margin, there is no ambition to exceed expectation or to even achieve it. Lipstick on the pig becomes the norm. Yet, in the same breath those same management companies that are nickeling and dining the vendor “partners” are issuing 17-20 percent (facts) rent increases. # facts

Lisa TrosienI shouldn't laugh. I shouldn't laugh. I shouldn't laugh.
Fred MontgomeryAt least it wasn’t the sprinkler heads. I’ve had them painted in a place where I wasn’t allowed to replace them myself and the “low bid company” saved us 50 bucks but cost us 1100. I’m just a maintenance guy but I don’t think it evened out
