Guest InsiderI’ve had my residents try and unsubscribe from our emails. I’m like yeah, no you need to read these. They still don’t read them but I’ll be damned if they don’t receive an email and then come throw a hissy fit about how they weren’t notified.

Guest InsiderI did that in my own apartment the other night. I didn't know that my hubby had turned it on & I was half asleep. I jumped up asking him what he was burning. LOL
Tamara SanchezWe actually just sent a letter to everyone so we can clean and service them. Some people don’t like having them on so we have to turn them on for some. I’ve never had mine turned off, I rarely use it but it’s good to have it.
