Guest Insider Calls are coming in here in Iowa but quite a few cancelled tours and no-shows. Most that do show are looking for late June early July move ins. The weather is breaking so things are going to pick up here! Hang in there!

Guest Insider It’s been super slow this week and the last week! We have been posting heavily on Marketplace, and doing whatever we can to generate traffic.

Guest Insider Having a LOT of tours scheduled and either ghosting or canceling. It’s never been this bad. Lots of inquiries but for months out and that’s if we can get them to show up. I think people want to know options but afraid to pull the trigger. The economy and what’s going on overall is just a bit unstable.

Guest Insider I have to say things slowed down dramatically for the first two weeks of the moth- I think it was spring break. WE seem to be picking back up, but it is definitely going to make for a disappointing month overall!!

The walk ins are looking for 30 days or less, but our tours are 60-90 days .
