Scott PurcellI agree… and my picture is probably right next to yours. When I was onsite with Pegasus, I noticed discrepancies in our billing and started asking questions. Found that they were billing residents that shouldn’t be billed and vice versa also were billing incorrectly. I looped in our HelpDesk and after reviewing months of billing, they ended up owing us almost $16,000.The best company that I have used in the past was Ocius. They were accurate, easy to use and very helpful. Good luck!

Nicole LonghitanoStudebaker Submetering. I have used them for about 5 or 6 years and they are great. Submetering, RUBS, flat rate, they do whatever you need. The integration I have between them and MRI works great and they are quick to respond if you need them.
Guest InsiderWe had conservice and now use real page utility management. As far as water bills, we are rubs metered so we use Multifamily utility company for billing residents back.
