What old industry term makes you cringe when you hear it today?😅😬
Guest InsiderComplex (Community), Unit (apartment home), Tenant (resident), Master Bed/Bathroom (Primary) Sounds like a lot of us have been in the industry for a long time. Haha
Scott ClarkVendor-- I'm an "Industry Partner" as I don't sell hot dogs!
Guest Insider"Ledger Cards" Woooo having to post rent individually by hand on each individual resident Ledger Cards. Lol!! Good times. 😆😉😄
Rebecca RosarioAlong with tenant, complex, landlord, and unit, vendor. Supplier is preferred, "Partner" is earned. Also "traffic"...guests or future residents.
Christi wedelWow fridge!!
And of course, everything is luxury and everyone has a sparkling pool!😂🤥
Guest InsiderComplex and units still bug me but nothing makes me twitch more than the words ‘Otis Spunkmeyer’.
Guest InsiderSparkling.. ex: sparkling pool, sparkle kits, etc.
Mike DavisNone really. Has the terminology changed? Absolutely but you have some people that have been this industry for a long time that still refer to the old terminology all the time. I actually watched a webcast a few months ago with a leader that most people would recognize and remember at least two words that a lot of people would consider out of date, including complex. I guess I feel I just have more things to worry about than someone using the word complex versus community or vendor versus supplier partner.
And of course, everything is luxury and everyone has a sparkling pool!😂🤥
