Brent Williams I would bet that one of the biggest frustrations in any platform, multifamily or not, is having to duplicate data entry. The most common areas I see it outside of multifamily is when an automated call system asks for an account number or some other verifying data, and then when I get to a real person, they ask that same question. I also hear this problem a TON in recruiting where applicants submit their resume and then have to write out everything again for each job. I'm sure it's maddening.
