What software would you suggest for a smaller developer 50 or less units? They want to collect rent, work orders etc. nothing too crazy. They are hands on. Can’t do AppFolio they have less than 50 units.

Lori Segura Appfolio!!! I love it. Super easy. Great work order system and for tracking them. You can text residents right from the software. Easy to fix mistakes.

Grace Howard Well looks like a lot of people didn’t read that they can’t use Appfolio. I would suggest Entrata. They can add & subtract things as they get bigger too.
