Guest Insider Social media posts tagging the hospital, do you have any residents that work there ? If yes reach out to them and offer a referral. Try to drop off flyers to a desk worker who sits at entry to hospital and offer gift cards or something if they send people (bring treats).

Katie Rigsby Sell it to recruiting as a benefit of working with their facility. They can use it as a tool to attract new hires but you have to sell it to them that way.
*You might also reach out to current residents who work there and make them "ambassadors".
*Reach out to HR/benefits as well and offer to provide breakfast or lunch in exchange for 10 minutes of speaking time at their next open enrollment meeting. This is a time when benefits are being discussed and you can sell yourself as an added benefit.
*deliver donuts or milkshakes or whatever to a different department each week and leave a flyer. I used to deliver blizzards and they LOVED them!!
