Guest InsiderSending you a prayer… at least in terms of student. It’s HARD! And doesn’t always sync if you use their other products.
Guest InsiderI love OneSite! Haven't used it in years and miss it. Was very easy to use.
Guest InsiderSome things feel very repetitive and extra difficult to access but overall an easy to learn program.
Guest InsiderHaven’t used it in a long time, but it was the best program I’ve used imo..
tracie clemenzAppfolio is my favorite, then OneSite. Yardi is on the bottom.
Guest InsiderI supported onesite for a large company. Agree with others - our on-site associates found it intuitive and user friendly. Just remember to give yourself grace during the learning process.
Guest InsiderWayyyyy better and easier than Yardi for sure!
Guest InsiderUser friendly! I loved it when i used it.
Donna BlackmanI am very outnumbered with my opinion, lol! Hate it! I personally find it not use friendly, very time consuming for the simplest of things and the report portion sucks.
Rachel DuganDonna what do you prefer instead of One Site? Asking because we are currently making this decision and One Site is all I've used, so I'm really asking
Donna BlackmanRachel Dugan I have used Boston post forever! And of course I find it much easier. However, it is not necessarily tax credit friendly which is why my company is switching to One Site. MRI is working on a new Tax Credit package but it will be a few years before they're ready to roll it out and we couldn't wait. Especially with a lot of the newer tax credit properties using income averaging and not set percentages. OneSite does have a component called Business Intelligence which we are just getting started on. That is supposed to be making life much easier when you want to look at your total portfolio to see what your vacancy is or your delinquency portfolio wise, so I'm looking forward to that. I guess i'm just an old dog that doesn't really enjoy learning new tricks!
