We have a key card access system for all of our common areas. If the rules are broken in any of the areas, (pool, dog run, patio area, fitness room, business center) we are able to deactivate their key card completely, or for a specific area. I follow up with a letter, explaining that their privileges have been temporarily or in some cases, permanently removed from their key card.
