Guest Insider this is what I’ve done in the past and had it sitting in the unit. You can have one on and ready so when you do show it the noise is a little less reduced.

Guest Insider Is it near a station or just the tracks? We're almost on the tracks, but also steps from the station. The train goes into NYC, so we have a ton of commuters. We play up the convenience as a major benefit.
I thought we'd get tons of noise complaints, but people get ear-blind to it very quickly.

Ursula Gerson If there's a station nearby for commuters, maybe offer a free shuttle service from the train station. It's not cheap, but it could attract that demographic.

We leaned into the location. Commuting, walk ability and overall atmosphere when we’re there. We were consisting 96% or higher occupied.

Guest Insider You can purchase sound curtains to hang over the windows. They aren’t cheap and don’t look pretty, but do a great job of blocking outside noise.
